Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting of all Sales Team members utilizing SalesForce CRM. Primary duties include working cooperatively with the outside sales and design team’s providing assistance for preparing designs and bids. This position will assist with identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing customers. This position entails a creative mindset that will also be responsible for implementing all social media and marketing programs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Account management with customer satisfaction driven sales efforts
  • Responsible as the point person for organizing and distributing sales opportunities to outside sales representatives for bid development
  • Managing of the bid and design database to ensure all designs are being completed in accordance with the due dates
  • Work closely with Sales Team to assist with packaging up final sales documents to be submitted to customers


Customer Interaction:

  • Communicate with customers daily for all follow-up on quote database and to assist in continuing to grow and maintain customer relationships with Constant Contact
  • Ability to understand and quickly respond to customer communications to direct sales member via phone, email, and CRM
  • Contact potential customers for business development opportunities to promote MDM services
  • Establish and implementation of customer satisfaction outreach program
Marketing & Social Media:

  • Develop, produce, coordinate, and implement various internal and external related marketing deliverables and services
  • Assists in creating high quality proposals and other collateral to present MDM in a compelling and innovative way
  • Manage all social media posting of projects, events, customer testimonials and more across all media platforms
  • Coordinate with Sales at local marketing and customer events as needed (e.g., coordination of sales literature, booth preparation, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and respond to common inquiries from customers and/or employees
  • Professional and strong communication skills, as a liaison between customers and project team members
  • Skilled in time management, organization and multitasking while maintain flexibility
  • Proficient in digital technology platforms
  • Salesforce CRM knowledge a plus
  • At least 5-years administrative experience and/or sales support
  • Customer satisfaction driven with frequent communications via phone and email
  • Ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced customer-driven environment
  • Skills and ability to organize and develop systems (check points) toward maintaining daily activities/tasks
