Job Summary

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for coordinating the sales of Mast Climbing Work Platforms, Scaffold, Construction Hoists, Shoring, Swing Stage installation, and dismantlement services, and other types of access solutions to achieve world class customer satisfaction. Successfully close competitive business in the Texas area and surrounding states.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain positive customer relations.
  • Develop assigned territory to maximize potential rentals, sales, and reputation.
  • Design and estimate profitable, safe, and competitive scaffold projects.
  • Maintain open communications with Branch Manager, Customer Service Representatives and E&D Managers regarding equipment availability, pricing strategies and safety concerns.
  • Weekly and daily Sales Logs and Call Reports.
  • Required E&D documentation and expense reports.
  • Maintain professional communication, conduct and appearance.
  • Some travel possible.

  • Ability to create excellent working relationships with field superintendents to senior management
  • Ability to effectively work within a matrix organization
  • Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and confidence
  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Requires ability to conduct presentations in front customers.
  • Some travel required to meet customer and business needs within the state of Texas and surrounding states.
  • Ability to read and respond to common inquiries from customers and/or employees
  • Ability to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide)
